I read it yesterday. I found it more difficult to SE than other websites.
I do not remember exactly each phrase of their T&S but if you read it you will see.

I think that one of the working method with them might be the sealed method.
DNA/EB shouldn't work at all.

I would just contact the company ans say is not working as it should, this was your first investment into an offline wallet for more secured assets and you are quite disappointed. Ask if you can send them item back because you don't want it and have been researching other companies, do not jump immediately to take the replacement.
