No, i don't think so as I can see that it is a random name on amazon website. And also they delivered to the different flat that they provided on my order delivery information. I had to go through all of my neighbors to find who received it. I am wondering ehat would happen if I would say dna for 2 in a row items as it took me some time to find which neighbor had it. Well this Is perfect DNA material, but my only concern, Is the close timing between this and your prior claim. I'd say It's more likely to succeed than not, namely due to the Incorrect details on the manifest/delivery docket. After all, you "did not receive It", but rather had to locate It's whereabouts so there Is an element of truth behind the (potential) claim. Yes I guess so. If something really goes wrong I will act that the parcel was not in the flat that they said it is. I will just say that I had to go through all neighbors and I found it in flat Y instead of flat X. I will wait for a day or something before opening new claim. The Incorrect details were documented on the manifest, and (obviously) delivered to the wrong address. As far as you're concerned, you haven't located It by visiting your neighbors. Clearly, they're In the wrong. |
