It's not clear what you have/haven't "personally" succeeded In SEing.
Given you're speaking from experience, just to clarify this once and for all, you've personally failed with "every SE attempt" pertaining to the aforementioned (patched) regions, correct?

Nahh you can refund there as well but not as easily as on the UK site..
Their fraud prevention system is more focused , they blacklist BINs of VCCs in specific area for new ghost account .. so they catch up on you very easily as you can’t rinse n repeat w/ the same method at the same area w/ the same BINs bec ur 1st order will be placed on hold by the AVS system, no matter what you do
As well as, it’s much harder to make them issue a refund ... I couldn’t get an iPhone 11 Pro Max refunded at ES but it went smooth n easy on the UK site
