For the wrong item received i was planning on SE'ing some airpods would i be able to get away saying i received the wrong item and ship back the ordinary earphones?
AirPods are extremely light- 38 grams for the charging case and 8 grams for the pods, which will barely register a weight on consignment.
As such, use the "missing Item" method.

Tbh its advice i have been given myself but my guess is they will most lilley give you the refund.

Maybe you should combine the 2 things mothered said, buy something u want on amazon and buy something else with the same product weight on a second account. Then when delivered open the box of the good item and replace the product with the cheap one, then say u got the wrong item delivered and send that back. This way theres no need to investigate if the package is arrived I guess and the weight of the package should be the same so the delivery guys cant make a difference either. Got me thinking to try aswell

If they're light enough to not register a weight on consignment, the SE has a significant chance of succeeding.

Would it be still possible to do 2 Airpods at the same time and still say "missing item". And when i say missing item does it mean the package got delivered but once i opened it there was no airpods just the case?

If you're referring to both AirPods on the same consignment, It's best to stick to just the one.
The missing Item Is exactly that- the "Item", namely the AirPods.
