Just because It was delivered, by no means Is that an Indicator that you personally received It.

How did they justify that It was you who accepted the package?
im too sure actually, they just told me that the package was delivered to me

i went onto chat and said that the tracking said it was delivered and signed for which i never did, and i checked with my neighbours.
but i did return the phone already since i didnt think i was going to get the refund and only had a couple of days left for return
