If so, It was obviously a bluff to try and decline the claim.

No they send you paper and tell you to confirm in writing of you still have not got it as they saw workers package it on CCTV and Hermes confirmed it wasn't damaged

I see, now I'm following the turn of events.

That aside, the successful outcome clearly demonstrates that their CCTV footage of the Item picked & packed, Is Insignificant In their claims management sector.
