If I'm not wrong, these links mainly appear in the monetising section? So you could just implement the limit on there. Otherwise the idea of a capture seems good imo. Although, when it comes to the bots, they will post in literally any section. Targeting spammers and LQ posters in the market isn't a bad idea, though.
