Easier way, time New Product arrivals and give it about 3-6 weeks then send in a complaint. It'll be a 50/50 throw up in the air on if they ask for anything other than PoP.
Keep in mind this will 9/10 only work on companies people don't SE that much, or that have a small, in-house, customer service program.
The more Human the process, the higher the success rate.
