Of course they'll request the return of the Incorrect Item. When It's deemed an error on their end, only then will they Issue a refund.
Send a stock Item that's roughly of equal size & weight.
Whenever I clicked my email to print the slip it gave me this option. Whenever I click the View Return code it takes me to the QR code to have a UPS member scan it. Do I have to do this part, or is the refund already processing and I can just move on?

But also when I click the button on the bottom left it asks me to ship the items back etc. so I'm just trying to clarify.

Alright, print the shipping label and drop it off at a UPS Location. Then just wait a few days for the refund. When I shipped an item back I got my money within 2 days, but the item was still in transit. I guess once Amazon gets an update on the item they issue the money.
The return code is if you want to print the shipping label at the UPS location.
