Can i use the corrupt file on my iPhone, I bought a speaker and i said it wasn’t in box and now they are requesting for a picture any ideas on what i can do i will be using an iPhone

If you've said a speaker wasn't in the box, can't you just remove it and take a photo?

Agreed. But if you comply even if it sounds stupid you've got a good chance of a positive outcome i suppose. I've had companies request photographs of empty boxes, so i send them just that.
