Well 50g as i said. Thats the weight of those earbuds ( at least thats what is foundable on the amazon site of these)

Well thats wierd here, beacause the weight on the packed showed 0.15kg, while on the amzn website they claimed that the earbuds only weight 50g, so i dont really know whats the deal here. That 0.15 kg was showed as some "real weight" or some shit like that. That number was printed on the package.

Well thats wierd here, beacause the weight on the packed showed 0.15kg, while on the amzn website they claimed that the earbuds only weight 50g, so i dont really know whats the deal here. That 0.15 kg was showed as some "real weight" or some shit like that. That number was printed on the package.
Hard to belive the package itself was that heavy, but thats how it was.

That's 150 grams, which Is triple the weight of what they've claimed.

Well that's obviously the Item weight, and not the package weight as they've stated. Your claim was declined for all the wrong reasons.

It's a total mess on their end. Ask them to clarify their findings.

Thanks for advice man surley ill try to argue with them more but i have already sent the package back so its over for me.
