Start with ASOS. Don't go rushing in with something that expensive. Try something cheaper from ASOS and remember the customer service encounter for future reference.

Ok, I done amazon yesterday for £330 and it was very easy so I’ll try ASOS soon, what method should I do and how much?

Partial refund, order a few items, could always return what you don't want. I'd say under £350 to be safe.

If you try bike, you should do it with DNA, as it's the easiest for big items.

Have you had previous success with Mr Porter? Their customer service reviews look very poor.
