I just wanted to know, how does one change username? Can I, for example, change my name to one of the banned members?

Upgraded members, namely Gold and above, have the option to change It.
In terms of yourself, you need to buy your username using forum NSP.

I don't know why you would want to change it.
You already disclosed that you go by - Ninjaibis on other forums.
So I guess it isn't for privacy reasons.
