Yup. Said they processed the refund at the start of the month. I still havent received it. They said they are having many errors trying to process the payments.

It should've well and truly been processed by now.

They're either true to their word of experiencing Internal Issues, or they're Investigating the claim further.

Might be a stupid expedient to catch us red-handed.
Yet, I still have to hear from people whose Quest 2 have been banned once using it AFTER receiving the refund.

I don't think so, I did this with straps and there is no way to prove I am using them, I don't understand, I don't even believe they're having issues with the refunds, even though it indeed seems that the one having problems are only the ones approved at the start of June

2 hours ago I received a mail by Meta in which they said that all affected refunds had been reprocessed by their Specialist team and suggested me to reach out to my financial institution or card to see if the pending transaction could now be seen. Still, no refund email by PayPal.
Then, just a couple of minutes ago, I finally got a mail by PayPal. It wasn't about Meta finally handing out my refund, though; it was about me winning the dispute.
So, I'd say Meta kept telling bullshit until the very end, and I'm glad that PayPal was there to save the day!
