Well basically you can easily get anything digital. It is prohibited to sell digital stuff on ebay. So you just buy something and pay with paypal. And you can contact either paypal or ebay. On paypal dispute say (example) key for game didnt work, and paypal will refund you the money, because they dont bother about digital stuff.. If you contact ebay, tell them the same and they will always side with you beacuse its not allowed to sell digital stuff.

With using dry ice when boxing what do you around the gasses that build up? For example would one insulate the box with plastic liner so it doesn't escape until opened by receiver? Just thinking as if it started smoking at the post office or during transit that would set off all kinds of alarms

Dry Ice sublimes (breaks down) Into carbon dioxide gas.
Only a very small amount of smoke/fog Is visible during sublimation, thus will not be noticed during transit nor present at the time of receipt.

I purchased a health item on amazon, it was around 70 dollars but this was like two months ago is it possible to get a refund if I contact the seller and tell them the item gave me a rash? any tips or advice is appreciated.
