UPDATE - just got a reply saying they will look into this further as they were unaware I lived in shared acccomodation.

Update: my dna was a success, they offered replacement or refund last week but I missed it lol

Yep, that seems to be the case, I was just using this as a way to let people know that it will not work more than once, I was not expecting it to work more than once tbf so I am not surprised.

Likely just return legit. I was considering doing a chargeback on bank as they literally have no proof of delivery which is required for Yodel but idk. Order is not in my name, it’s in a different fake name so that my flag.

It was tracked and says delivered but that’s it. There is no evidence of delivery at all unless Yodel do GPS too
