Absolutely none, They simply never reply to any communication, and don’t call you when they say they will, and claim that there is nowhere to escalate the claim to.

All I get from them is the generic email saying it was delivered successfully and they aren’t responsible for losses after delivery.

Any requests for proof of delivery and condition i make go unanswered.

They can’t block an item if it’s not cellular

The device Itself cannot be remotely blocked/bricked.

They can only block the services It connects to.

I would just tell them that you didn't notice it before. And obviously you had to open the box to discover it was empty.

Attempting both however it has proved impossible to speak with the relevant department by phone (just stuck with generic CS and supervisors from wrong department) and they do not respond to my emails.

I have however just got hold of someone in the last day or so who appears to have some weight and has taken some ownership of my case, but the time I’ve had to invest into this is crazy…. more than10 hours total phone call time to Apple and in excess of 30 Emails to various departments.

I understand your frustration. Apple's customer service Is progressively getting worse.

The upside Is, someone has taken the responsibility to review your case.
