how long did the refund take for the pp claim? did you do directly MEB/PEB/EB on the Paypal dispute or did you try through meta first

Has someone ever tried to do a pp claim with a fresh account Just created? Are there any risk involved about gettin the account banned or something else?

why not just give it a try? I'd imagine most people would do atleast a few transactions on it first. the very first one being a claim would be pretty obvious
