See what happens with Amazon first.

The reason being, they may well decide to approve It, hence you'd save your chargeback.
In this email should I include every detail like I would do in the chargeback form?
Basically every detail In support of your claim.

I can't find so many contacts of departments I think because the website is in Japan. So I sent it only to Jeff and hope for a reply

Good enough for now.

Reps have been replying on his behalf as of late, so hopefully you'll get the appropriate response.

With much surprise someone from an executive relation customer relation emailed me that are investigating and asked me some days to get back to me (and gave me the timeframe too).
But no reference to the previous email sent to the other Jeff department so I don't know if they are following the original customer service line or the new one.
Btw I hope this time is the good one

The upside Is that the claim Is still active with the Investigation, which at least provides hope of an approval.

They don't always act on the specified date, so contact them a day before and ask where your claim stands.
