Any further update on this? I’m in a similar position with Apple concluding the delivery was completed on a Watch and now are no communicating with me at all? I’ve requested proof of the watch being in the box before shipping and also the exact weight of the packaging along with a consignment slip because they say the weight was correct.

But I’m not getting any response at all
