Like you said in the PM, they told you to wait 3 days. It doesn't mean the SE failed. Just wait the 3 days and complain that it still hasn't arrived. I hope you didn't turn on your device.

Did one last week, was my first SE ever and it went very very smooth.. Just had some patiience, told them a nice story about me buying the Oculus as a gift and after a week I got a confirmation of the refund.

EB doesn't require a police report, while the DNA might
It should be still working, you can always make a legit return if it doesn't though
