Make sure you have hardware virtualization on(in the bios menu) and VMWare Workstation pro 15 will be effortless to create. My laptop which is 5 yrs old can run it and I currently have 2 windows(one for testing possible virus, one for testing customization apps) and an array of linux distros. Still run fine.
