So I take It they've opened an Investigation?
Yes I said there is couple of aa batteries in it. But second customer agent said sent the batteries we will refund. I said this is hazardous item but they want me to send back. Should I ship free box?

Given the batteries weigh next to nothing, there's no need to add anything (example, dry Ice) to match the consignment, hence nothing further required on your part.
