Maybe try buying it and then refunding it? I'm not sure how hard it may be to refund it depending on which website you're ordering it from, but I've easily refunded items from eBay many times.
Simplest way is saying it's broken and you cannot ship it back or that you haven't received it (may take longer period of time due to its shipping deadline). There are many more ways to refund stuff.

Alternatively, use the didn't arrive method.
