RE: SEing Books? - Blink - 08-15-2018 Check out Mitcnick's books, including The Art Of Deception (https://smile.amazon.com/Art-Deception-Controlling-Element-Security-ebook/dp/B006BBZHAK) and Ghost in the Wires (https://smile.amazon.com/Ghost-Wires-Adventures-Worlds-Wanted/dp/0316037729) Ghost in the Wires is more story with SEing in it (demonstrates exactly where you'd use techniques though), and The Art of Deception is mostly information. There's also Social Engineering: The Art of Human Hacking (https://smile.amazon.com/Social-Engineering-Art-Human-Hacking/dp/0470639539), which IIRC I had once but didn't end up reading. I've read The Art Of Deception and parts of The Art of Human Hacking, and enjoyed every paragraph. |
