The actual phone carrier has a pool of blacklisted IMEI numbers that're provided by (In this case) Google. Upon trying to activate the phone, the carrier will see the IMEI Is flagged, hence will not allow activation. I assume your method does not flag the IMEI number.

Yes. Rather than focusing on the refunding part, my method focuses more on the se'ing part

Clever, namely when devices of this nature are Involved.

As such, the device will remain active, so too will Its IMEI number.
Good work.

You're welcome, and thank you for your continual support In the SE sector.

We've spoken of methods being saturated due to their public availability, so If you believe It will not have a negative Impact, by all means share the method.

Thanks for your kind words: I will always continue to help and support anything in this subforum to the best of my skills.
After reading what you've written, I have decided to write a guide on SE'ing these Pixels. I have decided to do this, because the process is strenuous and difficult to pull off (thus, not anyone can do it). Not only this, but this method has existed for such a while that I believe me publishing the guide will have little effect on Google.
