Coins available are pennies (0.01), nickels (0.05), dimes (0.1), and quarters (0.25). Toonies and loonies may be included but are not necessary. For example, if I inputted "$0.83", the minimum amount of coins needed would be 7 coins; 3 quarters (0.75), 1 nickel (0.80), and 3 pennies (0.83). Calculate that coin number. That explains the first thread. For the second thread, I use Eclipse IDE for C programming; I saw the thread in the "most recent" view panel at the bottom of this website, and it may have skipped my mind that it was solely focused on Java. The third thread does not exist; perhaps the user deleted it, or maybe you typed it incorrectly. I cannot remember how I replied to that thread. For the last one, I googled some Java operators to see if the "^=" was also available in Java, as I use this operator in the C programming language in my Eclipse IDE (for C programming). I cannot remember how I replied to that thread. I posted that thread; I remember it fully. I think that I accidentally deleted that thread when I was trying to delete another one of mine. I re-posted it. Thank you very much for reminding me. I feel like a fool tonight LOL
