It's more so relative to changes (If any) of Logitech's protocols and guidelines/terms, hence more difficult to SE.

Though, I've yet to come across anything conclusive.

I just SE'd Logitech and it was pretty easy. All I said was that "x  and x doesn't work. blah blah blah".  When they were done trying to troubleshoot my problem they asked me for my information. I gave them my info (not real info but real enough for them to  send the product to me)

I just checked my email and noticed I got an email from them telling me they've recieved my RMA package and released my replacement for shipping.

The amount of time it took was about three weeks.

ALSO, using S/N, M/N and P/N from different items does not seem to work. I tried using the M/N and P/N from one mouse and S/N from another mouse (both were the same mouse model).

Just as a matter of Interest, what method did you use? I assume the empty box.

By the way, good work.

Thanks but I actually never sent anything back as they never asked me to.

Where did you get your S/N from? Everytime I give them an S/N they always ask for Proof of purchase

I got it from YouTube. When I talked to them they wanted either the product PID or S/N ( or a receipt if I didn't have a S/N.)

I'm at a loss as to why companies do not request the return of Items when Issuing a replacement.

I understand they simply add It to their list of write-offs, but doing so allows further warranty/refund/replacement exploitation.
The main thing Is, your SE worked.

Hi. So I forgot to ask you this but do you know what UPS will do if they realize there is no "Mr. X/ Mrs. X" at the address "X St. 21"? Will they send me an email or text message about it?
I *think* the house I used as delivery address has people in it lol. It's currently for sale, though, so I'm not sure. Hopefully it's empty.

Cheers.
