Like the email says they'd dispute the charge, and then they'd have to pay Apple or send the MacBook back to them.
This is suspicious and them providing any information on a purchase someone else made goes against their own policies.
indeed, its suspicious plus a lot of spelling mistake in the email. its just she has my order number and correct last 4 cc and knew my payment was paypal dispute chargeback scared me a little bit, so i should just leave it?
i contacted apple and yes this is their dispute email address

I could only think that if you left any information on the MacBook, then they’d be able to get those details.

Don't they just ask challenge questions based on your actual security questions? And if I remember correctly the techs don't have access to the answers.

i dont think they do. i tried contacting apple and all i gave them was a apple ID email and they told me the same thing

This is something new, I don't think they can blacklist apple ID due to use on a stolen device. I never heard of that.

apparently they started doing that lol and im trying to avoid troubles now
