I think this is more of a "look out for this site" thing than a "ban him he's a scammer"

Without clarification on your part, It's an arduous task to advise on what you should/should not take as the next step.

Not a member of our site, nothing we can do. Sounds like they are intent on getting their product (or money) back. Doubt it will help anyone, but I'll leave the thread.
