They will always side with the seller but only if the seller makes an effort to reply to the dispute or else its a win for the buyer, so there's a slight chance of getting a refund. It's worth trying tho

Also as you are using eBay, it has a higher probability that the seller will reply. You should have ordered the item from a large company and tried refunding instead of buying from a person, it that case u would have had a leverage as large companies tend to ignore PayPal disputes.

Yeah. There is an extremely high probability that the seller will dispute the refund, because an iPhone costs a lot and eBay is more personal in terms of sales transactions. Just don't try refunding them, it's not really cool if you're trying to trick someone that invested time and money into getting that phone.

See if you can return the item, then SE a larger company.

Good luck op

Do not use the post office.

Use a drop.

Drops are safer: you have better OPSEC when only you know the location, whether it's abandoned or a home of some richfag, you have the details of the delivery.

Never use the same drop more than a few times, and be aware of controlled deliveries (not usually a problem unless it's over $400-ish in goods).

This.

In my views, a couple of times at the max then move onto another drop. The objective Is to try and not maintain the same level of consistency, hence cover your tracks by not raising suspicion.

If you pick it up at the post office, they'll ask for your identification - which will verify your receipt of said parcel.

People like you are probably going to turn Ebay into MercadoLibre, which is full of scammers and whatnot.

Why do you scam people on eBay, that's so messed up imo. They are usually hard working people trying to make a few bucks off their old products. Do big companies because they can take the loss.

^ This

If you must engage in theft, why steal from the little guys? Don't steal from EBayers, and make sure that the product is fulfilled by Amazon if you are stealing from Amazon instead.

Of course you could just buy it instead of stealing it...
