I assume you do not wish to purchase the Item?

Not really. I'm happy with my normal toothbrush, but since they've given me a handle, the rest of the items (Head + charger) seem to be of little cost, so I guess I could buy both and consider it a victory. They had no stock of the model that I SE'd so he will be checking the warehouse for a successor model to send later today.

I see what you mean.

What method did you use?

I just used the 'doesn't charge anymore' method. As soon as they seen a POP + picture of the bottom of the toothbrush (I asked somebody on eBay if I could see a picture of the bottom of theirs), they accepted the replacement but only for the handle. I guess I could ask for a charger as well if I really wanted to, but it's not worth it for me imo.

Simple, yet an effective method.

It works on the majority of rechargeable devices/appliances.
