Okay let's put it this way.

Things are either wet or dry correct?
To be dry is to lack water or moisture right?
Water is moisture right?

So the question is, are humans human? Of course, they are by definition themselves. a=a basic logic?
So water is wet because to be wet is to have fluid on itself. Technically the individual h2o molecules are wet from each other.

MORAL OF THE STORY: HUMAN INTERPRETATION AND LANGUAGE ARE USELESS AND INEFFECTIVE.

This is where I think you are wrong, because when the two individual molecules are put together, don't they just combine, and become a bigger "piece" of water?
But like I said,
Wetness isn't a property of a liquid, it is a property of an interface. Thus, water alone cannot be wet.

Oh definitely, if you believe that things cannot interface with themselves. Why can't dihydrogen monoxide interact with others of itself? Everything reacts to everything, that's just chemistry.

I haven't sifted through each and every minute detail In this thread, but just as a matter of Interest, what Is the actual Interface that defines wetness as part of It's property?

this is the worst meme honestly

Water is both wet and not wet depending on which wet we're talking about.

Nice question, But which of molecules of water make things wet? Hydrogen or Oxygen?

RE: Do you think water is wet? - DarkMuse - 01-28-2018

Looks like people are getting it. Wet is a product of having h20 molecules on another set of molecules, i.e h20 on a metal surface like Fe (iron) etc...

So if that's the case, why can't each individual water molecule being touched by another h20 molecule qualify as wet? If you're talking about a singular molecule of h20 being wet or not, then I'd argue no, but water isn't just 1 molecule.
