I was confident in SEing them, opened a few cheap services for them aswell. I did myself a few and did a few for others aswell, but mid-SE they cancelled order UNTIL they stopped offering replacement at all, and offered to replace only after its sent back, but its probably possible to box them or something because they're not used to ever receiving them back. I've got some pretty solid excuses that have gotten me out of returns, they don't work either But you're right, it's still possible, even though its much harder/ RE: What's happened to fitbit? - Sultaan - 01-21-2018 (01-21-2018, 08:45 AM)Skryptec Wrote: I once got a rep who asked for a picture and whatever, I photoshopped the picture. Turns out the fitbit was out of warranty, worked my way across it so the rep gave me an replacement while it was out of warranty. Never had to return anything. Yeah, it depends how long ago it was. They do give exceptions if you're out of warranty sometimes. RE: What's happened to fitbit? - Sultaan - 01-21-2018 (01-21-2018, 01:58 PM)Mom Wrote: Saturated as hell. They were hemorrhaging money. Yeah. I am still surprised they lasted how long they lasted, Logitech should be following the same soon, they've been poked around with for more than a year now aswell, for all sorts of crap. If your method Is well-planned leaving nothing to chance and they have no solid grounds of tampering with the return, then they'll have very little (If any) scope to contest It. Be nice so you can spook them too, since it's easier to believe someone was wronged when they're upset as opposed to just UNREASONABLY ANGRY. If you're especially immoral and have the reps name, you can make this sting. If you don't want anyone to get cut in the process, and I understand why you wouldn't, you can still say you got some shitty rep and you don't recall their name. It's very rare that callers do anyways. Initial grievance + grievance from the rep tends to make things more complicated for them and makes them want out faster. Given they keep records of all form of contact, the way you end It Is Important. For example, If It's over the phone and you terminate the call whilst "you're" speaking (In the middle of "your" conversation), It seems significantly less obvious as opposed to ending It when the receiver Is communicating. This can also be applied to chat gateways. You can then call/chat back and speak with a representative who's vulnerable to your request. Document one sentence/paragraph In completion and the other (sentence) cut off somewhere In the middle, therefore It'll be Interpreted as prematurely sent. When you email back (compose), the likely hood of getting the same representative twice Is not great. That aside, good to read you've already succeeded. RE: What's happened to fitbit? - Jiggly - 01-23-2018 Not going to lie, I didn't realise this was an SE thread initially, and I thought you were going to ask about their crappy popularity. xD |
