Edit: They asked me every time to throw the defective one out in the nearest disposal center
Did you asked them to send it to your house or you used a drop ? Because i hesitate to try to SE a seconde one.

I used a drop but I didn't tell them it was a drop. Worked smooth every time

A replacement Tile will be shipped out within 2 business days. Please allow 14-18 business days for your replacement to arrive.
Once you receive your new Tile, follow the steps here to replace your old Tile in the app. Please dispose of any defective Tiles at your local electronic-waste center.

Lol that seems easier then Logitech. Going to try this later today.
EDIT: Well instead of trying to "SE" 1 Tile, I wanted to try it with a 4-Pack Tile Sport.
I had to put more effort in "SE'ing" but It worked.

Confirmed Working. Did Mine today. Although i'd like to eventually try multiple such as the 4-pack.
NOTE: They will ask you to go in the app and report an issue to create a log for them to view. Do it.
EDIT: Sometimes they will ask for a picture. Just Fake one or close out and get a different rep.

I have successfully said she'd them 3 times, saying they will ship a replacement and such. They said everytime they will send a confirmation email by 2 days and it's been almost a week and I haven't got one email...
