No, they asked me to provide a lot number which is found on the cap of the lamp. I said im stationed away in the army and my wife is illiterate, so unfortunately i'm unable to get the lot number for you
For the picture, I said I can get you the picture however there's no real use as its only going to be a picture of the unit off.
I was then just asked for my address for the replacement.

They're the lower-range ones, but they got some grande's that are huge, and more on the pricier side, those look awesome, if it does work for anyone, do let me know about the grande, might do another.
