RE: First Amazon Investagation - Dickflap - 11-06-2017

So the rep emailed me with the whole we lost connection bit, he said "Unfortunately I don't have enough information for me to "take action.". Sounds like some bs or what?

RE: First Amazon Investagation - MysticShadows - 11-06-2017

I believe he means not enough information to proceed the investigation.

What happened to me once is that the rep got an investigation I closed the chat, opened a new chat and told my connection got lost and I told the new rep that I was about to get a refund of my order because it wasn't in the box

This ^^^

There's a certain amount of Information they need to necessitate an Investigation.
If they don't get It, they cannot move forward.

They've told me something similar, but no one ever got back to me or anything. I wonder if it's just a bluff at times. I highly doubt they go through with it. Didn't this same company let a couple rip em off for over a million lol?

It worked ? I'm shocked because they always check and read previous chats so they'd know if you were lying or not. You got lucky I'm assuming
