I've contacted amazon support and received this: "Once again, I'm sorry you received an incomplete shipment. Unfortunately, because this order was sent to a freight forwarder, I'm not able to replace or refund it. " what should I do now?

Yea, as Amazon said, it's your fault that you used a forwarder. They can't do anything about that now

you are right but I did a 700EUR order on amazon without fullfilled trough amazon , but must go trough a very very easy dhl investigation
