RE: Finally got a gym membership - mothered - 09-18-2017 Once you establish a routine In your workout, you'll wonder why you didn't take It on board sooner. As said, protein Is an essential element for muscle mass and (apart from many other foods), egg whites provide just that without adding fat Into your diet. If you get a chance, let us know how you did on your first workout. RE: Finally got a gym membership - The High Roller - 09-18-2017 If you decide to do steroids I would suggest waiting till you reach your full natural potential and also establish a diet because if you cant eat enough food then steroids won't work Its funny how people think steroids automatically turn you into the hulk because it doesn't, they work just as hard if not even harder then most body builders do. And trust me on this I went on a dianabol + test e cycle and only gained maybe 3 pounds muscle because my diet wasn't up to par. Lost it immediately because of that within a few weeks. Lol Must be a "in general" statement. As I've personally have used a specific type in my experience and know a few buddies that have been using them for at least 10 years now on and off And as long as you can eat right, get the required nutrients for your requested method of hulking up you should be fine RE: Finally got a gym membership - Oni - 09-18-2017 Good move. If you don't exercise or take care of your health, it will affect your well-being sooner or later. RE: Finally got a gym membership - Slacker - 09-19-2017 I don't do the gym thing as I do rebar for a living ontop of staying constructive around the house. Rebar is amazing for a work out and you bulk up quick as fuck and tone out almost simotaniously RE: Finally got a gym membership - Nyx - 09-19-2017 Also one last tip, make sure to not neglect mobility exercises and stretching. Sure you can workout without any stretching but you'll be much more prone to injury. If you want to be 70 and still be able to bend over without reeling in pain don't neglect it. @Slacker Do you have any heart/general health issues from having taken steroids? RE: Finally got a gym membership - Slacker - 09-19-2017 No non at all. All my internal organs, testicals etc are perfectly fine, healthy and functioning 110%. I don't use them consistently I use them in cycles (2 cycles tend to be the max bit I'm not trying to get muscled up like pro body builders either) RE: Finally got a gym membership - Blink - 09-19-2017 I started working out mid-summer, and my dad's been forcing me to since. (he has a bunch of equipment at home, so no gym) It's annoying at first, but gets better overtime (to a point, then it just is at a constant state of being somewhat annoying), but the soreness never goes away. I've also been underweight since like the end of elementary school, and it def. seems to be helping (I've successfully gained some weight). Although recently I haven't been able to eat lunch... (idfk why, but I need to eat...) RE: Finally got a gym membership - Slacker - 09-19-2017 (09-19-2017, 06:14 AM)Ender Wrote: I started working out mid-summer, and my dad's been forcing me to since.
