Upgraded Lounge is just for those who have dedicated themselves to this forum and take it seriously. You can also get upgrades for free if you post enough so seems like a good deal to me

Whelp, everything I was going to say has been said.
However, in the future it would benefit you to look into things a bit more before making assumptions. Part of solving problems is complaining but the other part is trying to find solutions and you can't do either if you don't fully understand the situation and all of the details.
Here's to a hopefully more educated future for you here at SL.
