He has your IP? Not much he can do with it, aside from ddos it. If you are concerned you should be able to request a new one from your ISP. Some even allow you reset your IP on your router.

Dynamic IPs are usually assigned after a Router reboot, perhaps several times on some devices. When my Internal network goes down (thereby my devices don't communicate) due to an IP address conflict, DHCP misconfiguration/malfunction or otherwise, a new IP via a router reboot usually fixes the Issue.
