Um, really anyone who chooses to be shitty like manipulative or just criminal behavior in general because they think they're better than everyone else or because they can. I totally get if you lie because your scared or steal because you need it but if you choose to take money from people despite having a lot or something along those lines, you deserve to be punished and restricted from doing so again.
For example, BuzzFeed knows how shitty they're. (did I just do that? yes I did.) They still choose to do so for the ad money and publicity. That shit needs to be stomped out. I kinda hope a group or an individual stomps their shit in lol.
