I would, but I don't have any considering I didn't check the box saying "email me a copy of the chat". I did it on a sterling silver necklace worth $110. The rep gave a refund hassle free. Just try it, it works and plus, what do you got to lose?

Yes true, but do you really think a big company like Amazon will try to track down one person for ripping them off $100? Most likely not. Now if you were to rip them off $1000 or so, then you have something to be scared about.
