Apologies for the slow response: It is best to either PM Phyrrus and/or a staff member directly, rather than make a thread. You can PM us or contact us on Discord.

Please remember: We get multiple reports a day and even if they have been seen, they won't always be responded to. It is likely another staff member has seen the report but will not be actioning it. Negative repping somebody is not against the rules unless it is harassment/abuse. Even as a staff member I have a negative rep from over a year ago that was unwarranted.

If it helps, reputation on SL is used more as a feedback method or a way of thanks (or disapproval), it usually does not reflect the quality of a member.

You have a fluctuation of positive and negative reps, and now back to where you started as a new member. Work your way from this point forward.
