Although the game Is almost 3 years old, the recommended system requirements are not too demanding.

It's actually well optimized. Plenty of other games with worse graphics require more. For those with decent cards, the graphics are pretty amazing (Ultra/60 FPS/4k is insane).

I can Imagine the graphics on 4k 60 FPS.
Checkout this video on YouTube, particularly the water scene at the 1:45 mark. Towards the end Is a must-see as well.

I really hope this will be good, but 2020 is quite some time to wait. It'll give time to read the books though. If the series will be as good as the game we have nothing to be afraid of.
