First by knowing that using it as an excuse for absolutely anything is pointless. Music is the ultimate aid for me.

I may give some Jazz Chill songs a listen. Saw a Jazz spotify playlist the otherday and it wasn't too bad. The system may take 30 minutes to complete the upgrade.
