If you have someone who's your proverbial "rock" I recommend you ask them to help you get back into your normal emotional way in a kind, caring, and supportive way. If you cannot find that someone, there is always simple videos on YouTube to help you relax your body and mind and focus on the positives more than the negatives while you listen. I hope this helps, and I wont go into detail about why I get depressed as it would draw unneeded attention.
