Yeah it's really good, my dad did it for me, my ping on league fluctuated from like 50-300 now it's never over 50
My mother doesn't want cords tho
Run it through like the wall or some shit, or make sure it's waterproof cable and run it outside along your house

Well rip you could just move the router closer to you as well, then prob run the cable straight to it if it's still slow

Cables. Then do what I did and buy these little Command Cable Clips (Link) and run them along the wall up high so they're out of the way. That way the cables aren't that visible and all that and you can get around having to cut the wall. That's what I did at my grandparent's house. Sometimes they fall off if you pull the cord too tight but they do work.
