Your best bet would be to post a few threads on several other Forums to find someone that is really good at GFX and comfortable in a lot of styles.

While it may be a good idea to hunt for a graphic designer of other forums, it's a better idea to get one from here as it promotes growth the talent on here and brings some activity.
In all honestly we have quite a few users interested in graphic design, I had another point to bring up but forgot it although I'm sure you get what I'm saying.

Yes that is true but on a business level you want people that are good overall because your main focus is well the company/service so promoting growth on a Forum is the last thing you should think of :p But i do see your point.
