That stroke you fancy? He never managed to master the standard Rasengan, the Rasengan he mastered was his own version of it with Wind Release added to it. Boruto also boast that he is able to use Water, Wind and Lightning style. Though he has only show ability within Wind. That he was completely unaware of himself. (Unintentionally adding Wind chakra to his Rasengan.) He is also trained in Gentle Fist, though he lacks Byakugan. Which he does get when he grows older though, who this Byakugan originally belong to is unknown though.

Asura's chakra is only gained by being the reincarnation of Asura himself. Currently that is Naruto, and it wasn't specifically made clear whenever this reincarnation circle ended when Naruto and Sasuke got over their differences in the end of chapter 700. Though Boruto possesses nothing of Asura's chakra. Hinata also possesses no special chakra from Hamura that we know of. She was only given the title of "Byakugan Princess" which most likely is because she belongs to the main branch. Toneri belonged to the main branch of his clan on the moon, which came from Hamura. Meaning the Hyuuga most likely comes from a side branch of said clan.
Boruto possesses no Rikudou chakra that we know of. (Hagoromo/Hamura). Though he possesses something that looks like a Curse Mark of Orochimaru. (Which was Senjutsu.) I don't believe he will nor do I hope that he will ever surpass Naruto. The reason I say this is that Naruto and Sasuke became so strong it got boring. Naruto count efficiently cheat death at one point, while Sasuke could and can instantly kill anyone within a certain radius if plot doesn't hinder him. Not to mention that they could blow up mountains.

How do you know he gets the Byakugan when he grows? Is it in the manga?

Chapter 1 of the manga shows Boruto with a scar over his right eye, meaning he sustained a injury alike that of Kakashi. The eye now contains a Byakugan instead of a normal eye. He also possesses Sasuke's sword along with a headband having the Konoha symbol crossed out, possibly meaning that he was or is a rogue ninja of Konoha.

Just finish reading the manga, I'm excited for what I've seen, can't wait to read the 2nd chapter; I want to know if Sasuke is going to train Boruto, and what happened with the village because it's destroyed :O

We already know that Sasuke will train Boruto. He states so in the movie and will state so in the manga. (Seeing how the manga so far is a recap of the movie.) Not to mention that Boruto as Sasuke's blade and same style in clothing.

Nope, but we do have some idea. Kawaki, who appears to be Boruto's rival and current enemy in the first few pages of chapter 1 states that he will bring an end to the era of Shinobi. So its safe to assume to either Kawaki personally or who ever he is aligned with has destroyed the village and either killed or removed Naruto from the current dimension. As Kawaki states that he will send Boruto the same place as Naruto currently is. (Which can mean the afterlife or another world.)

Wow, the history becomes even better, is the manga published every week just like the Naruto manga used to?

I don't believe that any official statement have been done in regards to how it will be published, but I'd assume on a weekly basis seeing how Kishimoto's main project (he oversees Boruto but doesn't make it) will be released monthly.
